CWC Developments was started in 2010 by entrepreneur, Fraser Manning. Since that time he has worked to satisfy customers with professional service, good workmanship and a desire to always make the customer happy.
In 2014 his wife Melissa joined the business bringing her design ideas, administrative and accounting support and enthusiasm for beautiful homes to the team.
Fraser has grown the business from small renovations to full home “make-overs” and significant commercial projects such as offices, restaurants and retail buildouts. Large or small, the desire is always the same be organized, do good work and satisfy the customer.
The CWC Team includes a full array of qualified building trades to undertake every aspect of the build. In addition, CWC has developed a solid network of reliable suppliers to provide the building materials, flooring, cabinetry, appliances and décor items. From cupolas to range hoods CWC has seen it all!
